In the year 2000 we became the first factory certified installer of Thermocrete ceramic flue sealant in southern California. Since then we have restored over 500 chimneys.
Thermocrete is a spray on ceramic flue sealant applied to the interior of the chimney flue that can restore damaged chimney flues back to fire safe condition. This revolutionary product is the first of its kind to earn approval from Warnock Hersey, the testing laboratory for the fireplace industry and the City of Los Angeles (Research Report #25455).
Thermocrete will seal cracks, flue joints, and replace missing or deteriorated mortar in flue systems, without affecting the performance of the chimney. Thermocrete leaves the flue system with a gas tight, fire safe, rock hard, code approved lining.
